- Kombucha (Pre-Biotics) - Also known as “long-life mushroom beverage,” is rich with numerous vitamins. Through clinical studies, it was found that use of kombucha in skincare resulted in significant improvements in the appearance of skin color, radiance, and clarity.
- Cucumber Extract - Contains many phenolic compounds and lactic acid. Lactic acid exhibits antioxidant properties that can help to protect the skin from free radicals and also exfoliates the skin. - Is double cleansing recommended with Harmony? Double cleansing is always recommended (in the PM) as oil cleansers (like Nourish) help break down the dirt and oil, and water cleansers (like Harmony) will deep clean any remaining dirt or debris in the skin.
