Not ordering enough wallpaper for your project can be very frustrating, but over ordering may mean you're left with rolls of wallpaper you don't need.

Each of roll of Farrow & Ball wallpaper is 10m long and 53cm wide. The best way to work out how many rolls of wallpaper you require is to ask your decorator or paper hanger. It is important that you ensure you order enough to complete your project as colours may vary between batches.

While we strongly recommend that you always check with your decorator or paper hanger before ordering, alternatively we can help you estimate your requirement, although our advice is for guidance only. Please email us at [email protected] and be sure to include the following information:

• The name of the wallpaper design
• The height and length of each wall

We will not take into account windows or doors, and we will include the good practice of one extra roll for use in case of accidents when hanging or for future repairs.

Please note that colours on screen may vary from actual wallpaper. 

All wallpaper is made to order at the Farrow & Ball factory in Dorset, England and is considered final sale. Archived papers require a 3 roll minimum purchase.

Placing Your Order

Once you know the quantity of rolls required to complete your project, you can visit us in store to place your order, or go ahead and place your order through our website. We will then submit an order directly with Farrow & Ball and they will ship your order direct to our retail boutique location in approximately 2-4 weeks. This timeline is an estimate only, it could take longer pending circumstances at the factory or unforeseen courier delays. Orders are to be picked up in store. Shipping charges are extra.

If you do require shipping, upon receiving your order from Farrow & Ball we will obtain a quote for shipping from our location and notify you for payment via e-transfer. Shipping costs are based on dimensions and package weight and we will not know this until your order is received. Once we confirm receipt of payment, we will ship your order to you. Please ensure you select the 'Pick Up In Store' shipping option at checkout and leave us a note in the comments section with your complete physical shipping address (no P.O. Boxes).
