Spearmint is considered a top note and consists of a light, refreshing, sweet, leafy mint that is quite enjoyable. A great option when looking for something softer that peppermint.
Spearmint is useful in simple skin remedies, and may be used to treat acne, dermatitis, sores, scabs, and assists in the healings of wounds.
