Materials

Sustainably sourced white teakwood or Bamboo grown without pesticides. Agave fibre or palmyra fibre (plant fibre) bristles. Metal staples to hold the bristles.

Moso bamboo, known as the giant bamboo or timber bamboo, has been used for centuries to fashion buildings, flooring and culinary tools. The young shoots are often prepared into Asian dishes. TFSC certified by TÜV SÜD Czech, Prague.

How to Enjoy

To get the most out of your brush, use it as needed for dishwashing or general cleaning. After each use, rinse thoroughly and shake off excess water. Always store the brush in a dry place with the bristles facing down or hanging to allow it to air dry completely. Do not leave the brush soaking in water or submerged for extended periods, as this can cause the wooden handle to crack or weaken over time.

To extend the life of the bristles and keep bacteria at bay, dip them in vinegar occasionally, especially if the brush isn't drying as quickly as it should. Use the brush until the bristles are worn out or no longer effective for scrubbing. Discontinue use and replace the brush if any mold appears.

End of Life

Once worn out, the wood and plant fibre parts can be composted or buried in the garden. Metal staples are recyclable.
