    Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. 
    Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to fortify the spleen to drain dampness and clear toxic heat.

    Turkey Tail (Coriolus versicolor ) 
    Fruiting Body Only
    Hot Water Extraction ratio: 8:1 
    Polysaccharides >30% 
    Triterpene >0.5%

    Sourcing
    Wild-cultivated on traditional logs and deadfall in the remote forest lands of Northern China. This method of growing ensures our Turkey Tail contains the widest variety of polysacharides and triterpenes.

    USE:  

    ¼ tsp (1g) 1-2 times per day
    Can be added to a hot beverage, smoothie, or oatmeal. Can also be used in soups, stocks and salad dressings.
