USE:  Scoop out a pea or jellybean-sized amount with either your clean fingers or a tiny, clean spoon, and gently smooth it onto your underarms (or other potentially stinky areas).

Each jar should provide one person 3 to 6 months of regular use. Once opened, the shelf life is 12 months.
