Sitti's Raw Kitchen + Bath Natural Loofah Scrubber comes in a set of 3. These super versatile scrubbers are raw - they have not been sprayed, treated or sewn.

Use them to exfoliate in the shower or as an environmentally-friendly + zero-waste alternative to your kitchen sponges. Sitti’s Loofah Sponge is hard enough to exfoliate and scrub, and soft enough to protect skin (or other surfaces).

SIZE: 12.5cm x 9cm (each loofah in dry form)

MATERIAL: Raw Natural Loofah Plant.

What Is Loofah

The loofah plant is a fast-growing vine native to Asia and Southeast Asia, belonging to the cucumber family. They are cultivated throughout the Middle East, including Jordan. The loofah fruit is similar to a cucumber but much bigger. The inside of this fruit develops strong fibers, which are perfect for exfoliating and cleaning!

This is a natural product so size and colour variations will occur between loofahs. Some of them even contain loofah seeds and they aren’t processed at all. This is totally normal!

USE: Before your first use, soak your sponge in water for 3-5 minutes. Each piece expands and can be cut to your preferred size. Apply your cleaner directly into the Loofah. The mesh-like texture makes it easy to foam using less soap with each use. Make sure to rinse and hang loofah to dry in between uses.

Each sponge is durable for approximately 30-40 days.

END OF LIFE: When you are finished with your Sitti Loofah Sponge, simply bury it in the soil or throw it in with your other compost materials! Entirely Biodegradable + Compostable.

Ethically made in Jordan.
